Is there any way to tell if a web site has been black list? Is there somewhere where you can unlock it?

Has the site been penalised by google?

Has it lost its Pagerank?

No it hasnt, but for whatever inktomi doesnt like it as it doesnt appear with them nor yahoo?

i am penalized on Y and Ink. when I type in www.mydomain.com I just get my index page. Sometimes I get two identical listings. The first is plain, the second has my domain name highlighted where it appears on the page.

Also look at your log files for Yahoo and Slurp. If it is only looking at robots.txt and your index page day after day, you are probably penalized.

Lastly, look around in the Yahoo forum, lots of stuff in there on banned and penalized sites.
