My site blocks access from coutry soecific IPs. Will it impact on its search engine friendliness?

There is one way that I know of. Lets say that the country is Germany that you don't want to have access to your site. Basically I check for the hostname extension for a "de". It won't divert ALL of Germany, but a few.
