Where to submit?

I have a fairly new website and I'm trying to make sure I have done everything I need to get exposure.

I am on Google and have a PR4. I'm getting some decent backlinks. I've sumbmitted to DMOZ. I come up on Yahoo, but I'm not showing on MSN, Looksmart, Altavista and some of the other ones I wasn't as familiar with.

Where should I sumbit for these others? Are they all through Overture instead of submitting through the directory? I went to Lyco Insite Select and got confused between Overture and AlltheWeb, Lycos?

Please help this newbie!

MSN, Altavista and Alltheweb use Yahoo for their search engine results. You should only submit to Yahoo, Teoma and Google, than get links to get in the rest. Most other search engines are waste of time!
