Changing IP

If my IP is changed, will google find my new one? Will i lose rankings in G?

Googlebot goes by domain - not IP - so it'll find you right away. I have moved a couple of domains without a hiccup.

Googlebot caches the ip. If you change ip, leave your conf-files poiting at the old ip for a couple of weeks.

If possible, use separate access-logs for the new and old record and you'll be able to see what ip Googlebot is crawling.
