Hi

My company has bought a new domain name and the new created site, has nothing to do with the previous one. I have checked what is the information offered about the site and everything is related to the old content. What do you think I should do? I have thought I could write to the SE and submit the new site. I do appreciate any suggestions

If the old site is still up I think you should use 301 redirects to your new site from the pages of that one.

Submit your new site to the SE's and then after you get all or most of the sites that link to you to change their link to your site. Take the old site down.

If you were meaning something else please explain a little more, your post was a bit confusing.

Thank you, for your answer. We bought the domain name from another company, that has nothing to do with us but they had registered URL before we started. They have redirected the links but if you look for us, the old site is there. I t is not a major problem I guess because at the end of the day the customers will find us for our keywords not for our brand. Or?

By "look for us" you mean searching in Google?
Changes with redirects can take some time.
