That will work. You should also try to reproduce as much of the functionality of your site as possible in that <noscript> section. Around 10% all browsers have JavaScript disabled, either by choice, by accident, or by corporate policy. Your site should still be functional without JS. Maybe not pretty, maybe not "slick", but functional. Some companies can afford to throw away 10% of their potential customers, but I know I can't!
