Cloaked doorways with re-directs, if memory serves me well.
Wouldn't touch it with the proverbial.

You make up any name for it you want, but if the result is cloaked doorway pages that redirect, the site and the client can be permanently removed from our index.

They use a flash redirect on the cloaked doorway, so the redirect also appears in the Google cache.

Not particularly good cloaking.
