How do you figure? Looks like spam to me. Just because it's not hidden doesn't make it less like spam - it makes them look that much less professional (the clouds don't help either ;)).

That is a pretty obvious case of a scrambled doorway page. Do you realize how many of those there are on the net? At least most of us who know what is going on, would know enough to cloak a page like that. Been awhile since I've tried any scramblers since too many urls laid waste to most of them.

Scrambled page if I am not mistaken is a page with some content but has keywording on it that does not make any sense at all just keywords and more keywords. Look at the bttm of that page..
