Does it mean I don't have to submit to FAST, Inktomi etc?

With Googlebot, Slurp, Fast-Webcrawler and Jeeves, once they have you in their sights they will keep in touch with regular visits so you don't need to worry about those.

As for the other two, The World Wide Web Worm and Road Runner, I am no sure. I suggest you do a search here to see if there is any information on them.
