Do you have terminal or shell access to the server?

You can use "at" from the command prompt, or the Scheduled Tasks tool from the control panel.

If you only have a Web admin tool, dig through it, it may be there...

Otherwise, work out exactly what you think you need done and have the system admin's set it up for you(they can even if you can't).
