MS Access, the database, has an import function for outlook, and possibly outlook express (not sure out that one though), to either import or link to various data held in outlook including contacts, emails etc. If you creat the links into Access you could then get them via an asp page. This is assuming everything is running on the same computer.

No I want my application on remote server and who ever access my website it should get executed and track those mails addresses from his outlook.
