I am out of my element here, but I'm trying to help a friend so maybe someone here can steer me (and him) in the right direction.

This fellow has a site that is generated with something called Accuware. Accuware is essentially software of the dynamic storefront type. He says he has difficulty working with the developers on the subject of generating urls that can be crawled. They pretty much won't help him.

We know Google is not crawling his dynamic pages, for I have built several static pages for him that were picked up quickly.

Is there a way for him to work out a way to have his current pages crawled or should he change his storefront software? Your advice is certainly appreciated.

It seems there are few posters familiar with Accuware. Maybe if you post a few example URLs, with the domain name suitably altered, we'll get a few ideas or opinions. Also, what server serves the site? Apache? IIS?
