ASP/Databases - Do search engines read them?

Hi,

Just a quick question - does anyone have any advice/opinions on how SE's read ASP pages?

If some of the data on the page is pulled from a database, does a search engine read it?

And just generally any other advice.......

sure, an asp page outputs ol' plain HTML.

There are tons of threads asking whether Google and other SE read ASP-, PHP-, Perl-, JSP-, C-, C#, C++, Python-, Cobol-, Modula-, Smalltalk-, Haskell-, VB- generated pages. The answer has always been the same: YES if those programs/scripts output plain (X)HTML or another SE readable format (PDF, MSWord, MSExcel, MSAccess, etc. for Google). The main difficulty will be query strings. But then there is really no need to use them at all. [google.de]
