Where to put Glopbal.asa file

I have a glopbal.asa file that have application and session variables settings.

So, where i have to put that file means where i have to call that file?

tell me plsssss.

This should be in the root directory of your 'application' - normally the root directory of the website. There is no need to call it explicity, it is read/executed automatically.
