Parse .html files for ASP and/or PHP Code on IIS?

Can one do this in a shared hosting environment?

With Apache one can add the AddType line to .htaccess and parse .html files for .php code. I'd like to do this on a IIS server and parse .html file for ASP and/or PHP code (one or the other or both). Is there a way to do this in a shared hosting environment (easily), like there is with Apache. Or does the base IIS config have to be changed? This has been discussed before obviously but I can't find any reference to whether or not it's possible to do this in a shared environment or on a site-by-site or directory-by-directory basis.

This has to be done at the IIS level. Most shared hosting companies should allow this change to be made on an individual site.

I recently asked my host (shared IIS account) if they could do something similar to what you need. As you can see below I had no luck.
