setting folder permissions in .net

...can it be done?

I need to write a web based interface that can be used to set NTFS permissions on folders in .net. I've looked and so far have not found support for this in the framework. Surely it must be there. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I was hopeful it might be in the native framework to avoid the ADSI muckity-muck, but beggars can't be choosers, can they? Actually, this should work out very well. Thanks very much for the effort!
