Read Write permission on IIS localhost.

Read Write permission for Win XP Pro.

I am setting up my e-commerce store and would like to know how to give read, write permission to my MSACCESS database using IIS as localhost at my personal computer.

I know how to do it from my hosting service control panel, but I have no idea how to proceed for that in my own PC.

Please help.

I bet the 'issue' is that you have simple file sharing enabled.. In your folder go into Tools->Folder Options the click the View tab. At the bottom, there is an option "Enable Simple File Sharing (Recommended)". Uncheck this to allow you better control on setting your folder permissions, and giving the proper accounts write permission for your database etc.
