This code emails

Here's a code that emails me, depending on what is placed in the form.

It springs up a number of errors.

Any ideas on what those errors might be? What line(s) they are on? Anything at all to help us out?

It fails to create the objects, regardless of what mailcomp I use. JMail works though, but when I tested it out, it never arrived to my inbox. I checked and double-checked the email address and the variable for that was right and YES it was.
