Sometimes I get this error when posting to a web service using XMLHttp object. I noticed a thread in the forum regarding this but it is old and I can not post a reply. There was no folow up as to what the solution was. Has anyone figured out why this error may occur?

Here's a thread [webmasterworld.com] in WebmasterWorld that talks about that error.

It looks like it's a timeout issue. The thread doesn't have any concrete solutions however, it does suggest a way to debug it. Go to the server logs and see if the problem is reported there.

My suggestion is to comment out stuff and uncomment until you can replicate the error. This way you can find hte piece that is taking the most time.
