I need to be able to run a web server on my XP home edition based PC to run some ASP pages that a client has sent to me.

When ever I get any PHP pages I have easyPHP installed so it runs just fine, is there anything that will run in the browser and replicate the effects of a ASP web server?

creative craig,
Unfortunately, xp home doesn't have IIS installed. You either need to upgrade to windows 2k pro, or downgrade to xp pro. ;)

Is that the only way that I can run an ASP page on my PC?

No, you can download the IIS Emulator and install it on your PC. It works great, I've published ASP sites to disk using the emulator and it works flawlessly.
