RSS/XML won't work on our IIS 2000 Server

I'm hoping this is a good place to post this question and that someone out there might be able to help at least point us in the right direction!

We have an RSS feed - an XML file - on our IIS 2000 ASP server. We have a bit of ASP code to draw out the content of that XML file and display it in a web page. The script works only if the XML file is NOT on our server.

We suspect that the problem is related to our server configuration, but have absolutely no idea what it could be.

We do know that we have MSXML3 installed. Any help would be most appreciated!

What error message comes back when you try to retreive the XML?

Also, how do you know the MSXML3 is installed on the server?
