Win 2003 Server Web Edition and MySQL

can anybody comfirm that you can run MySQL on a server running Win 2003 Server Web Edition, not on a separate database server?

No, I haven't. I'm just thinking about a moneywise affordable solution for a customer and don't want to invest to a new server to get this 2003 server web edition - OEM product. :(
