No image caching in IIS 6? Why?

Our web server doesn't enable caching for images... It's eating bandwidth

Hello everyone.
We currently host a windows 2003 web server for our internet site <snip>

The problem is that since upgrading from windows 2000 server to 2003 server a month ago, the server apparently doesn't enable images to be cached on the client side, and it's eating up a LOT of bandwidth.
We're not IT professionals and we don't really have a clue on how to change the caching properties for images.
Our HTTP header reads "cache-control:private", and IRCache.net's cachability checker says that the main index page is indicated to be stale and hence needs refreshing all the time.
Our site does use sessionID for user identification.
Can anyone help us to set this up correctly?
Thanks
Roelant

OK, I've seen this program around. I'll give it a try.
Thank you very much.
