I guess my first question is, what product should I use. I am going to buy a server and colocate it. I a want to manage about 140 domains remotely. It will not be used for anything else. I will be the only user. What product do I need:

Microsoft Small Business Server
Microft 2003 Server
Windows NT

I am also in need of a good book or other source of information to manage this platform. Thanks.

If you don't know much/nothing about Windows Servers and their management maybe the best thing for you to check out would be to rent a dedicated server from a hosting company. They would have online tools in place for you to manage the domains easily plus you would not have to worry about the set-up and maintenance of the box itself.
