FTP on Windows 2003 server

Can anyone please refer to me to some good resources on implementing FTP on a Windows 2003 server using Active directory isolation or user isolation. There is not much good documentation comes from Microsoft and search in Google did not bring up any good reading material.

Hi, I've had much better luck implementing a standalone FTP server on Windows servers. That way I don't have to use my NT Authentication for my FTP authentication.
