ASP system setup

This is an easy question, I'm sure.
Is there any way to configure Win98 or Win2000 to display asp pages without install IIS or any other personal web server? Of course, when I write an asp page and execute it ( in IE 5) all that I see is the HTML content, not the asp output.
Thanks

If you're willing to spend for it, Sun Chili!Soft ASP will run ASP code with Apache or iPlanet on the windows platform, thus avoiding IIS or PWS. But it is a bit spendy...

Just a q. Why don't you want to run PWS for ASP?

Me personally? 'cause I've never been impressed with the security of Microsoft web servers. :)
