Hi all,
I just ran into some weird issues regarding to tip/ip filtering in iis6(2003 web edition)

I was trying to block unnecessary ports through tip/ip filtering and open only those ports like: 21,25,80,110,3389, etc.

But the problem is:
All the .aspx pages run extremely slow or don't run at all.
But all .html pages and other services like spmt,pop3,ftp work all well.
I don't think .aspx pages need a seperate port?
Any help is really appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Have you searched Microsoft's Knowledge Base on their Support site yet? A number of possibilities come up when searching for "ip filtering" or some of your other keywords for IIS 6.
