The hearing in end of December has been canceled. Instead MS is proposing a settlement.

Ooohhh! Don't do it! The US Justice Department rolled over, and I had such high hopes the the EU wouldn't do the same...

He, perhaps MS generously gives out PCs to schools, completely packaged with Outlook and IIS, running XP so that if the kids break something up it can´t be replaced too easily...
