.net connection speeds

Does anyone know of a class in .net that will return the connection speed? I really only need to know fast or slow.

So far - only one company have released a way of doing this - and it comes as part of an expensive suite of 'browser stats'...

basically - if accuracy isnt your greatest concern, the principle is simply to time data transfer between server and browser -say a 10k image of something, which will trigger when downloaded...

it wont be accurate - but it will work...
