SSL on IIS

need a certificate?

sorry if this is the wrong forum but...
trying to get IIS to work with SSL , but it seems to be disabled. and doesnt want to let me configure it without a certificate.
as this is just for testing, is there a way round this , or can i get a pretend certificate or something..
any help much appreciated.

AFAIK some Certificate Authorities issue certificates valid for 30 days just for testing reasons as you described. At least I think that's what our admin guys did with our IIS going SSL, but I am not too sure about it.
