hi-

i have a client that sent me six pages of code generated by powerpoint. i don't recognize half the tags in these documents. i bring the code into dreamweaver but can't get it to bee seen in any browsers.

is there a way to make this code render in a browser? i read a few related threads but i found no solutions, and everyone pretty much agrees that the code is horrendous.

each page is a duanting 300 lines. this is a shot in the dark, but does anyone know of a decent technique for this? do i have to add or remove certain things--hopefully few.

as of now, starting over and marking it up myself to a clean 40 lines is not an option.

thanks.

I've had ...mmm... more satisfactory results by reading the powerpoint file into OpenOffice, and saving from there for the web, or as PDF. I've only had Powerpoint's output run succesfully in IE.

Still might not be what you want, but a different starting point.
