Self-replicated site .Net based

I have SQL server 2000 and have almost 3000 user accounts. I would like to offer everyone of them a self-replicable website based on some frienly-name. What is the easiest way to start. Should we build something inhouse, if yes what are the best resources I should be looking at?

I am also interested in knowing if there are some good scripts\porgrams available that can be used in Windows\Asp.net environment.
