Hi guys, I've tried few of the 1click hosting that advertised on the VS.net start page.

But when I try to upload my project I get this error "This opertaion requieres author permission" and I get a prompt a user/password window. I tried all my passwords but none dont seem to work.

Its funny that I can upload one file at a time.

Any ideas why?

Also, how can move a project from my desktop to my laptop (not network connected)?

Thanks a lot

Are you giving it a strong name? Anything added to your Assembly or Reference files?

Is it too big for disk? Try emailing it?

Move the files is not a problem. I burned them on a cd. But when I added them to a new project I cant even see the webforms in design mode I get this error
"the file could not be loaded into the webform designer, please make sure that all classes used in the page are built or references in the project"

-- and they seem to be

thanks

Sounds like you are not moving all the namespaces that you need on the other computer.

Not sure about the hosting.
