Host providing ISAPI Rewrite

Need ISAPI Rewrite on Shared Hosting Plan

Anyone know of a windows hosting provider that offers shared hosting with an ISAPI Rewrite Module installed?

Mine does not and I can not convince them to offer it, even the one that works with virtual accounts. I can not afford the cost of a managed dedicated server. I also don't have the time or ability to maintain my own unmanaged server. So I need a windows hosting provider that offers ISAPI Rewriting on a shared server.

Try Applied Innovations (www.appliedi.net). They host our dedicated servers and are familiar with ISAPI Rewrite. They are good people and may be able to work something out with you.
