cannot see edited pages on website

I have FP 2003 and edit my pages / website myself. problem I have is that I can see the pages in website preview, but not on the WWW. To see my site on www takes ages, sometimes days to show up. This is frustrating. My webhost tells me that the Cache in explorer is the blame because it brings up the old all the time untill it cleared itself.

I have cleared history, cookies and all the others that are holding old stuff / links etc but to no avail.

Is there any way to see the instant direct vieuw of the edited pages on my server?

go to the page, hold down the ctrl key and hit refresh.

It makes IE reload the new page. It is a very common problem with IE, emptying the cache won't help.
