I don't know if you've looked at your site in anything other than IE but I'm going to assume based on the errors and what just occurred that your site is invisible to many, or parts of it anyway. All of those neat little IE specific javascript effects are really taking their toll on your page.
There is also a JavaScript error on the home page. That is probably where the problem is. Stuff like this may cause issues too...
<html xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml" xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40"" xmlns:(null)0="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40"> Yikes! Those FP Hover elements are not recommended. They typically only display in IE. They also cause a severe performance hit on your pages. I'd like to meet the genius who decided to add that feature to FP! ;)
P.S. FP Extensions are at the server level. Unless of course you have your system set up to act as a server. You would not install FP extensions on your local system.
Also, make sure your host has the FrontPage 2003 Extensions installed. If they don't, parts of your web may not function.
