I have created a website with dreamweaver (well coded using dreamweaver, design view was no good) using layers. In dreamweaver all my layers are at the top of the screen piled on top of each other. Some even go a little higher than the top of the screen and there is no way I can see them.

Everything comes out fine in the browsers but it is becoming a pain in the *** saving something and then viewing it in the browser to see how it turned out.

I Have Dreamweaver MX 6.0, is it just this version? am I doing something wrong? Do newer versions do this?

It's probably just the particular way you've defined your CSS positioning that causes Dreamweaver to choke. A small handful of my layouts have similar problems in DW -- most don't and display more or less in DW as they will in a browser.

(With the exception of UTF-8 character sets -- DW always does a horrendous job of previewing UTF-8.)
