A software that can create pages like amazon

I have been in this business fo a long time, but only static pages, but when you reach a amount of 2000 pages, it is not possible to make small changes on every page.

I would like a program like phpAdsNew, where where you can control everything whats happening on yor page from one place, create new sites in minuts, when nyw products arrive.

Is there a software out there, where you can make that happen, something like Amazon, where you can change the whole site dsign with using 10000 of hours on every page or you have alot of pictures where you only need to change a little on evey page.

I dont know anything about php,asp,database if that is a way, but there must be some great tool out there to make all this easy.
