Hi,
I'm a noobie. At the moment I have a guy who needs a small site for his consulting practice. They asked about "updates". While I could offer a service agreement for what will likely amount to very little work on my part, I want to know other options available. There will come a time when I don't want to make updates for a site managed by a dozen people. For now, CMS is over-kill for this situation, I think...?

I downloaded and tried SPAW from sourceforge. Either I did something wrong or the program needs work... Tried changing the 'tool-bar' mode and it wreaked havoc (i'm comfortable w/php). It does have a fair set of features though...and it's free.

Editize is nice (cross platform) and more reliable but less flexibility vs SPAW and $149 per domain.

Maybe it's me but in both cases, I felt like I was using the very first alpha-version of Front-Page. I guess it's dumb-downed to prevent users from screwing up the page...?

Given my situation, I welcome any inputs from all you experts :-)

TIA
