Dreamweaver Site Settings Disappear...

This is really annoying, and it has happend to me before. Our other designer said she had it happend too, and had looked it up on Macromedia's website. According to what she found, apparently it is a known issue with no fix.

Just wondering if anyone else had any better news they could tell me. I do have SOME of the site settings backed up (since it ticked me off the last time), but this is just plain stupid. The other REALLY stupid part is that you can only back site settings up individually from what I've been able to find.
