Code errors with dream weaver.

Hi, im new here, and new to dreamweaver, and for that new to makeing websites, but im determind to fix my problem and make a sucsesfull website. I know these won't be the last problems i come accross, and ile be back here to post again...

Can someone please! help, i keep getting a load of errors.

example: when i try clicking "modify" in the tool bar, it says

at line 16 of the file "C:\Programe Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver MX 2004\Confugiration\Menus\MM\Modify Nav Bar.htm"

Type error: docDom,body has no properties.

also loads of java script scrip errors like...

at line 281 of flie C:\Programe Files\Dreamweaver Mx 2004\Configuration\ServerModels\ServerModels.ASP_JS.htm

type error: dom.DocumentElement has no properties

I have lots more and I don't know if i'm simply dooing something wrong, but i've tried disabeling my antivirus. Unistalling, and then reinstalling DW, but nothing works....can someone PLEASE help! Thanks very much for your support:D

Well, the folder you mention is part of the Dreamweaver program, so is very strange to see this kind of messages...

My suggestion is to uninstall and reinstall the program

Looks like your actually trying to modify DW's own templates, and program structure.
