How to set up a reservation request form?

I would like to add a reservation request form to my site and have set one up on dreamweaver that emails me the results. The problem is that Internet Explorer sends up a warning message and asks you if you want to continue. Obviously other people have set up forms that allow the user to submit data without this message.

I would appreciate suggestions on the best way to deal with forms.

is the form in a secure area of the website?

I.E. and many other browsers will display the 'do you want to continue when it come's to uncertified secure server access'
