Am I blind, where is autostretch?

I just got the new version. I've been checking out the features and seeing if anything is missing.

I couldn't find the autostretch table option anywhere. The Help menu says that you have to click on the cell while in layout mode and change the numeric width to autostretch, just like the old DW's. However, it's wrong. It doesn't give me autostretch as an option. Maybe I'm just blind.
