Frontpage Doesn't Save Changes

I'm trying to incorporate "buy now" buttons in a 100 page site. Some pages have 10 different items on a page. The "buy now" buttons are part of a form of which I need to change the product name, price and one or two other details in the form. After spending some hours making changes in front page I found in some places the changes were missing (not being saved). I find that using front page's "change form properties" function is less painful on the eyes than going through the html code looking for the parts of the form that need to be updated. I also have dreamweaver and homesite. What's wrong with front page? Is there an easier way to do this with dreamweaver or homesite?

If you have homesite, try the extended search and replace option under search. That comes in handy, let me tell you!

Thanks for the response. Whenever I need to change the whole website I use extended replace in homesite. It's great.

But the shopping cart buttons need to be placed in specific locations and form entries need to be changed for each product and read name of product and price. Problem is, after I cut and paste the forms into frontpage and make the price and product changes, some changes are saved and other entries revert back to the original entry. What's wrong?

Hi...

Sometimes Frontpage really behaves funny as you said. But, one of the most powerfull feature of the Frontpage is auto detection and fixing of the installation bugs, if any.

Make sure your hard disk have enough space more than 60MB, then open frontpafe, insert installation CD, click on "detect & repair" in Help menu.

Probably it will fix all the bugs, and your problem will be solved. GOOD LUCK!
