Site Management Tools

I've used FrontPage for as long as I've been building sites, but, since I'm hitting close to 5,000 pages on two of my sites, I'm curious as to what people use for site management if they DON'T use a tool like FP, etc.

Not having links auto-update when pages are moved or re-named would be a major pain.

Dreamweaver does the link update.

This is where using a server-side scripting language (php, asp, etc) is a big bonus - you only have a handful of pages to keep track of.

Also, you use server-side includes for common page elements like navigation or footers.

For most sites I just hand-code Textpad - it's fine if you've got a small number of php pages and a database.
