DW MX 2004: Site-relative linking automatically?

Dreamweaver 2004 setting that all new links are site-relative?

I can't get an answer for this, so I'm posting.

Dreamweaver MX 2004. Windows 2000.

I just want some setting that says to DW that all new links I create withing the site (using the WYSIWYG) are site-relative. I'd use the folder (the icon next to the link field), but it won't let me select a folder as a link target. Besides, when I set it to site-relative, the next time it defaults back to doc relative.

Any thoughts on this?

your set up is very similar too mine at work, i'm a little lost at exactly what you are trying to do, maybe a better point for me too raise, is why you are trying to do this?
