Hi

I have DW4 but have rarely used it as i had and used frontpage long before i got it.

However i am wanting to make the switch.

My problem is that i cant work out if and how you can adjust frame sizes so that some have definate values (eg in pixels) but some have relative values.

Can you help me out?

Hi,

When in your html page, which is the frameset page, then click on the View menu, and then on Frame Borders. This will display the borders of the frameset(s) which you can drag to adjust, or use a size value.

Is this what you are wanting to be able to do?

1.Get yourself a new file up

2. Go to "insert" and in that dropdown "frames", you are then prompted to insert "left", "right", "top"....etc

3. Save all frames at this point, otherwise you tend to get problems

4. You can now go ahead and insert your copy/images/etc

5. You can alter size of frames by dragging border
