i have not found any free WYSIWYG tools that seem to be able to work with frames, composer, amaya and trellion webpage all seem to be unable to do what i need.
i am trying to do a simple thing with frames to do things like discuss a webpage and in another frame have the page i am talking about loaded, having a webpage in a webpage, from what i gather this is not that hard to do by hand but i have no experiance with hand work and would prefer a WYSIWYG solution, is there a free tool or at least one that does not cost $400 that can do frames? or maybe one of those tools i mentioned can and i just dont know?
