Using Windows Explorer, right-click the file >> send to desktop to create a short-cut.
So in the future, you just right-click the short-cut on your desktop and select "EDIT" which will launch Arachnophilia with the file open.
Note: if your computer won't launch Arachnophilia this way, you'll need to set it as your default HTML editor. You can do that by opening IE... Tools >> IE Options >> Programs >> HTML Editor.
Of course you wanted "two" files to open. I guess you'd have to make 2 short-cuts on your desktop for that.

And now I'm using Win XP and IE 6, and I still have that option.
There's probably another way to make Arach your default editor, but I'm not sure how. I think there's something like a "program properties" menu somewhere in Windows 98 that may do it.
Tell me this...
On your desktop, when you right-click the short-cut icon of your HTML file, and you select "EDIT"... *What* program does your system launch?
