Change DWUD Template Location

Is is possible to change the location of my template dir. I wish to be able to go lower case so that I get

<!-- #BeginTemplate "/templates/main.dwt" -->

instead of

<!-- #BeginTemplate "/Templates/main.dwt" -->

I have to be able to change this somewhere?
